Rudy Doesn't Support Amnesty Bill, Presently?

Well, two days have passed in Presidential Politics and Rudy Giuliani has stated he does not support the Senate Amnesty Bill, as it is presently.

~Excerpt~
"It doesn't achieve the purpose that I would like to see it achieve," said Giuliani, who as mayor staunchly defended the rights of illegal immigrants to access government services under a "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

But as he has on a number of issues as he seeks the Republican presidential nomination, Giuliani appears to be shifting to the right on immigration, which he now calls a matter of national security.

Now he says he would only be open to letting illegal immigrants gain citizenship once they came forward and entered their names in a central database, and once they were issued "tamper-proof" ID cards.

So he supports it, but just not right now. The political winds do indeed blow candidates around that are not firmly planted in their positions. The surprising thing is Rudy has firmly embraced his Liberal Platform, so why stop now? Rudy is proudly Pro-Abortion, Pro-Illegal Immigrant, Pro-Gay Marriage, Anti-Gun, so why the hesitation? It appears that his only issue is one that involves yet another way for the government to track citizens. Or maybe that is part of the "electronic border" concept he is also pushing.

Rudy Giuliani Supports 2007 Amnesty Bill

Republican Leaders campaigning for the Republican Presidential Nomination have came out decisevely "against" regarding the 2007 Amnesty Bill that's floating around the Senate.

Rather than give a "yae" or "nea" show of support, Rudy Giuliani is talking in circles while he waits to see what the rest of the country thinks. Rudy Giuliani did however release a statement on Thursday which could easily be interpreted as supporting both immigation and amnesty.

Yesterday, Giuliani had this to say:
ORLANDO — Rudy Giuliani said he will not support any legislation to make it easier for illegal immigrants to stay in this country unless there is a requirement to force all immigrants to have "tamper proof" identification cards.
"
We need to know everybody who is in the United States
," the Republican presidential candidate said today.

Whatever wording politicians decide to use and spin with, allowing 12 million Illegal Immigrants to become citizens by the stroke of a pen can and should be called nothing but what it is, and that is Amnesty.

Once again, Rudy Giuliani is on the wrong side for one of the most critical issues relating not only to the citizenry of our great nation, but our nation's very existence as we all know and love.

Rudy Gets His Report Card

Rudy Giuliani has been in office with enough Political Experience to define where he is on key issues. Rudy's Conservative Report Card was put together in order to show you his failing grades, and to detail exactly why he fails in each area.

The areas included Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Immigration, Gay Rights, Free Speech and Party Loyalty.

The comments noted are simply one example for each issue, though the actual examples are virtually infinate.

Rudy Giuliani is a proud Liberal. Conservative Values and Principles will be preserved by the Republican base.

Now that you've seen his Report Card, what can you do?

Save a copy of Rudy's Conservative Report Card, share the file with family and with friends. Let no-one enter a primary voting both without knowing Rudy's stance on these issues, and a stance that Rudy Giuliani is not only proud of, but is hoping that people can "get beyond". As stated previously, we're not getting beyond these issues. Conservatism is blooming again and the timing could not be better!

Rudy Giuliani Turns Back On Pro-Life Voters

"HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Rudy Giuliani strongly defended his support for abortion rights in the heart of the largely pro-life South yesterday while fielding questions that have dogged him since last week's Republican presidential debate."

"I don't intend to change either one of those positions," he said during a press conference outside the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. "There has to be a right to choose." Rudy Giuliani, 09 May 2007, New York Post

Rudy Giuliani has decided to turn his back on the pro-life movement in the hopes that he can recover the Conservative votes by getting even more liberal votes. His very clear and strong statements on Tuesday in Alabama drew the line in the sand that he is pro-abortion. His side of the line will be empty of Conservatives. Rudy Giuliani fails the Conservative test on all counts, and his liberal stance on all other Conservative issues will continue to find him alone from Conservatives who hold firm the Republican base. His drawing of his own line in the sand shows a clear signal that the Conservative voices throughout America are being heard and will continue to get louder. He is on the defensive and will stay there with the Republican base.

"But it increasingly looks as though the pro-life movement will have no choice but to oppose his nomination." Editors, 10 May 2007, The National Review

Rudy Giuliani Stands Firm on Pro-Abortion Views

Rudy Guiliani has a long history for others to examine. We will continue to show that on all key issues, he is actually consistent and quite proud of his Liberal policies. A great thing about a politician with a history in politics is being able to examine in their own words or deeds just where they stand on issues.

Just this past week, Rudy Guiliani proudly re-stated his belief that US Taxpayer money should be spent to publically fund Abortions. This is not conservative and this is not representative of a Republican Leader.

The Conservatives and Republican base are speaking loudly and will not accept a Liberal nomination for the Republican Presidential Nomination. The grassroots efforts continue to grow and a resounding "No Rudy" is being heard loud and clear. Will Rudy Giuliani pull out before the Primaries? He does not and will not get the support of Conservatives. Without this support, his efforts will be fruitless.

Early Bird Gets The Liberal

Voters across Amercia are waking up to the Liberal Record of Rudy Giuliani. Someone who is pro-abortion, pro-gun control, and pro-immigration simply cannot pass themselves off as nothing less than a Liberal, and in most cases they are usually found only amongst the Democrats.

What does Rudy think about Pro-Life, Pro-Gun and Pro Liberty Americans?

"And then I think our party, our party has to get beyond issues like that where we can have people who are very good people who have different views about this, they can all be Republican because our party is going to grow and we’re going to win in 2008 if we’re a party that is characterized for what we are for and not if we’re a party that’s known for what we are against. …” (Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Campaign Event, Des Moines IA, 4/14/07)”

We won't be getting over these issues, and the harder you push, the harder we're pushing back!
